I have spent most of my day painting, alone, and the last 90 mins typing in a forum, mostly alone

It was kinda like painting you two - there was a dado rail inbetween the rice-cake and oatmeal so that could have been a metaphor for the internet. The oatmeal went on smoothly and in one coat and seemed to be compliant - so that must be you Robyn. The ricecake was fiddly and difficult to cover the existing colour so that was definitely you Elliot. The ceiling was easy to cover with white but was already a dirty white and easy to see where to cover .. so that was definitely Aaron
