I thought the most chilling thing in that episode was when Miss Evangelista was "Ghosting" and she said " Icecream....Icecream...." It was just really eery because it was so out of context. 
I know! It was a little funny at first just at the sheer contrast of it, like with Gatsby running round the house in the rain, but after a while it gets really unnerving like "Who turned out the lights?", too.
Or "Are you my mummy?" Moffat is a genius! Although he probably eats, sleeps and drinks Dr Who!
I realise that must of sounded kinda wrong... I mean he is probably very interested in it.
