Everyone's heard of Cleethorpes!
Haven't they?

LOL that's incredible! It's like me and him joined together!

I'd have a go on that. ;)

Erm... Errr

Have you got Sky set to BBC London? :)

He has a point half the news seems to be related to london in some way... gets f**king annoying sometimes.

Which retarded university did you attend?

Sheffield, was the 6th best in the land at the time. And you? ;)

Apparently not. It was always people from down south who didn't know, so I'm quite surprised you do1

I'd have a go on that. ;)

One would hope so.

Whether it was best or worst is irrelevant. If people understood "Lincs" but not "Lincoln"/"Lincolnshire" (or even "Cleethorpes"), then they're retarded.

London's where all the news happens! And it's where all the politicians live. In that pretty building by the big river.

I know some people from Sheffield! They have cute accents.

It's not London's fault that nothing interesting or newsworthy happens elsewhere.

See!

Never disputed that. :P

Not if his degrees earning him more money than you.

I always call it Lincolnshire, but everyone from around the country always says Lincs back to me.

Hello. You make one 'ikkle suggestion and everybody goes nuts. That's my job so sod off!

I suggested London merely because there are more BSG'ers there than anywhere else. It also offers a good chance to perhaps watch some stand up or comedy related activity if we do meet. Not to say there's not stand up.....on and on and on...

And yes the media is London biased and I can tell you something non-existent as far as the principality is concerned (and the Beeb have had a bollocking for it) but that's probably not Aaron's fault. Or is it the bastard?

You talk to strange people. The short-form "Lincs" wouldn't even occur to me.
