Gah!

I will edit again later when I've realised all the others I've missed.

I'm just trying to remember the other shows you like (and don't)... *strokes chin*

This Top 50 is posted with the following caveats.

1. Each nomination is based on the series in it's prime; at their worst some of these programmes could make paint peel.
2. I saw some of them so long ago that nostalgia may be deceiving me (it is worrying the extent to which old shows outnumber new ones)
3. I reserve the right to come back and edit out embarrassing entries at any time.
4. I may not be able to count.

'Allo 'Allo!
Beast
Blackadder
Bottom
Butterflies
The Brittas Empire
Chance In A Million
Citizen Smith

Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads
Yes Minister/Yes, Prime Minister

Ohh the Squirrels, I remembered that fondly too - Fiddlers Three was not as good but still quite a good remake.

I am afraid I didn't persevere with Fiddlers Three, the cast just didn't seem to have the comic chops of the original.

Interesting.
In that case My Family should be at least in my top6, Alan Partrige in my top15 or so, and even It Ain't Half Hot Mum could move up a notch or two.

Definetly do mine tomorrow. Just got too much on at the minute. Some quality lists anyway guys.

What a cop out - hey you started this thread

Don't you worry, it will be done and a quality list at that.

Don't make it too long, or my eyes just glaze over and I don't take anything in.

Or at least make it pretty colours.

I'm going through each sitcom alphabetically. I've currently done A-D.

Oh christ...

*gets specs on*
