I didn't watch the first half, but apparently Steph told him that he shouldn't be on the show because he's blind.
So then Mario called off the 'wedding' because of what a bitch she'd been, and Mikey started crying because he thinks it's genuine and believed it was his fault.
But now it's going ahead anyway. *scratches head*
