Ha! No - although I may have gone a little unnecessary had I seen her. 
But no, went around Westminster Abbey (which is amazing and makes me wish I was religious), then did some walking around, went over to County Hall for Chinese, got an ice cream, and then missed getting into the Jewel Tower by literally a minute because they shut early.
... And so went and sat in The Victoria Tower Gardens for a while instead.
