I was going to ask my friend Pat to respond to this, but her latest round of chemotherapy has really beaten her down. The new outcropping of cancer in her shoulders would probably make it too difficult to type anyway.
I flew 1300 miles to see her last weekend (probably for the last time) but she was feeling so poorly that I didn't have a chance to see her.
