It should be illegal to...

Have a skip picked up/dropped off at 7:32am on a quiet residental street.

Angry

Smell bad or be dirty if you're going out in public and expecting people who work in a bakery to TOUCH YOUR STINKING HANDS.

:)

It is reversing alarms on dustcarts that I could do without. Who is around to get runover by a reversing dustcart at 6.30 in the morning?

Someone who's blind and so neither knows that they have woken up at such a Godforsaken hour, nor can see the aforementioned 'dustcart'. I would imagine.

I DIDN'T PUSH HER.

Laughing out loud

Yes!
And Buildery types too. Although some of them I don't mind as much, especially on a hot day when they come in all topless and muscular and tanned....

Sigh.

She won't be arouned for at least 15 minutes now...

All good suggestions so far.

It should be illegal to play loud music on your mobile phones on buses/trains, or in public in general.

It should be illegal to...

let your horse shit all over the road. Most dog owners are responsible enough to clean up after their animals these days so why do horse riders just carry on clip-clopping along as their horse shits a turd out the size of a small labrador?

I live pretty close to the countryside so I'm used to nasty whiffs but I object to enormous steaming piles of ordure on the pathway to my son's school. The kids were literally having to jump over it this morning yet nobody bats an eyelid.

Of course if it was dogshit they'd have the f**king environmental health round.

GRRRR!!

On the other hand it should be legal to berate the music taste of anyone who chooses to play such music and to shoot people appropriately.

Flo Rida? *shot*
50 Cent? *shot*
The Kooks? *shot*

True story. I was in Greggs earlier this week when one of the lovely serving people in conversation said
" Oh God I think I've labelled the sandwiches wrong. Shit I can't be bothered to change 'em now"
I then pointed out such things as fish allergies etc etc.. They looked at me as if I was nuts. So I also put them straight on that point as well. I think I'm banned.

Oh yes. People who mislabel sandy wedges.

Well, Greggs people are evil. Everyone knows that. :)

After all, that twatty friend of Peter Kay does their TV ads. Enough said.
