What's the world's greatest theme tune? Page 9

Never read the book but the film was full of these 'ere talking rabbits. Which is just silly.

I liked "Wind In The Willows" a lot. That was about talking animals and stuff. I read it in my "Children's literature" class. Easiest A+ ever!
I couldn't get through "Crime and Punishment", it was just too depressing.

I've read "Wind In The Willows" about 5 times I think. :$

I also found "Crime and Punishment" desperately turgid. I gave up in the end and lost the book under my bed. The librarians weren't happy when, eventually, I returned the book.

I ended up reading One Hundred Years of Solitude instead, I finished it last night and I'm still in a hazy literary dream world because of it.

One depressing book that I actually couldn't put down was "I am Legend". It was super depressing but was so involving i finished it in a day.

I often listen to the Kids in the Hall theme song. I bought the CD of the band a long time ago. There called "Shadowy Men from a Shadowy Planet".

The theme tune to Game On was great, anyone know who it was by?

Where I Find My Heaven by the Gigolo Aunts.

(It's on the Dumb and Dumber soundtrack CD if you see it cheap somewhere.)

By pure chance windows media player just played another one that I think is a contender:

The Boy With The Arab Strap - Belle & Sebastian (theme to Teachers)

Ah, lovely Teachers...

I miss it :( I loved Brian and Kurt. I didn't like it when they left, although I thought Mat Horne was good.

Ooh, it's like I wrote that sentence!

Hahaha, yeah I watched every series! Got the first series on DVD but none of the others. I think I preferred Brian to Kurt, although I loved the storyline when Kurt was involved with Carol Laughing out loud

Dr Who. No contest people. Although the 2nd series theme tune, not the spazzy one they have now. Hmph.
