Oh dear zooo, kill me now.

Do it!

What happened in 1964?

Sort of Beatles made it then - and at the ripe old age of 8 I was becoming very aware of Pop music.

Oh go and suck on a french fancy Azza!

Yay! Write a book. I'll buy it. :)

Listening to American CNN news babble on about Clinton dropping out of the race. I'm to tired to reach for the remote which is an arm extension away.

But surely you can't miss out on the sun record recordings of Elvis, Cash and JLL in the mid to late 50's!

He said he's gonna go both ways!

As I said I'll go back and forwards - because there's so much I'm learning about the roots of it all - trad jazz, rock n roll, big bands, blues, gospel. It does all link up.

OK - you wanna list?

I'm seriously considering writing a book on the History of Popular Music in he 20th century. Starting around 1964 and going both backwards and forwards.

That would be interesting, I'd definitely buy it. I think there is a large gap in most peoples' knowledge when it comes to the history of popular music.
