I am not a big fan of Dr. Who but I actually sat down and watched with the tribe and thought it was really good. So well done the Moffat person.

But then I think of him every time anyone talks about the river Thames, or the river Nile too.
Really?!
Quote: Aaron @ June 1 2008, 12:24 AM BSTWas that not pretty obvious?
Sssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhh.
Anyway. Nevermind River Song/Phoenix, who else thought that The Stig had made it into Doctor Who?
Saw the season preview last night. Soooo obvious who big bad is this year.

Yes, to us in the know; but what about the millions of everyday viewers, and kids, who might well never have even heard of, well, who it is youre talking about? In case anyone out there doesnt want to know. Spoilers are bad. I want to know who theyve cast, because you have to think itll be someone big, or at least well known; but if it is theyve managed to keep it pretty quiet! I wonder what the make-ups going to be like too . . ?
Will be intresting. Billie seems to have lost alot of weight which is a shame she looked better before

I don't think so. Was it?
I went on the rec.arts.drwho newsgroup last night and none of them had a clue either.

Think hes talking about who River Song is, if you think hes talking about end of series big baddie . . ?

Gallifrey is a good site, I check that out, but never, ever dip my toe into any Who Forum, full of so-called 'fans' tearing every episode to shreds.
End of series baddie? Now you've got me confused.
How many more episodes anyway?
Quote: ian_w @ May 31 2008, 9:43 PM BSTIf anyone wasn't already excited about Moffat taking over then you surely must be now? What a brilliant, brilliant episode!
How much mystery can you cram into one show?
Dr Who as it should be imo, fantastic!
I watched it with my eight year old niece, who may need therapy. Which, as you say, is exactly how Dr. Who should be.

Five, I think.
