Out of respect for the now long dead Dave Chapman I feel I must mention the word 'pussy'. There, don't we all feel better now?

I do actually.

He has an extremely punchable face.

*strokes zooo*
*purrs a bit*
Okay, I see what you mean, Badge.

And no neck!

Everyone loves a bit of pussy in the morning!

Also very true.
I don't mind a bit of Speilberg though, so no punches for him.
(purring kitties can be misconstrued...)
Good Lord. He's like a caricature of himself:

If he was still alive he'd love you for that. Love you he would. Dave that is not Spielberg. Or maybe he would?

Ahh I see.

With some kind of strap-on?

He looks a bit alien! Which I find singularly appropriate.
What an odd looking man. I wonder if we punch him we could get our money back for all the craptastic movies I've sat through?

His neck looks all stretched out of alignment, like Toad of Toad Hall or something.

I think he may be morphing into Ja Ja Binks (If that's how you spell it.)
Meh, close enough.

(Oo er again.)
Anyway, on the original question, number 2 is the most legitimate of the three suggestions. The first seems to be void; it is their views which we object to - for all we know, they could have been perfectly normal, charming, friendly people in private.
The whole aim of this was to ID people by action rather than personality. As such I'd say genocide marks one out as pretty hateful. I mean if Hitler had become a sitcom writer, I doubt I'd have liked his shows, but you know I may have been more forgiving.
Don't know why your letting fictional monsters off, I could picture a Balrog being a bit of a knob.
Quote: Jay N @ May 30 2008, 12:59 AM BSTWhen you refer to Nazis do you include Riefensthal and Speer?
Now I think about, yes I would, and more so than the others.
Leni was a propagandist who helped a regime she didn't believe in. Her film on the Dinka people after WW2 led directly to their persecution by the Sudanese.
Speer helped 100,000s of Allies and slave labourers die at the end of the war, by forcing industrial progress. He was willing to save buildings but not people.
Both of them were willing to support, and benefit from a regime that they knew to be pretty evil.
