I was there for a good time not a long time. After 2 minutes my feet go numb anyway.

Your quote has me now listening and rocking out to Boston.

My ex read this, and gave me lots of quotes from it Rolling eyes.

Actually a lot of it makes good sense and does genuinely help couples to understand that the sexes are different in so many ways - and basically not to get angry at each other as a consequence of making the assumption that your minds work the same way.

Hey! Last time I had mind blowing sex not only did I clear all the pool balls off the table but put down my pint as well. Now that's commitment baby Cool

I'm not so sure she'd agree, pool tables are bloody uncomfortable... I'd Imagine.

Thank you Ian!

Never assume it makes an ass of u and me..

I typed it but can't believe I posted it :)

I don't buy that men's and women's brains are intrinsically different.

Each person's is. But if some men and some women's brains are different I think it's all nurture not nature.

Absolutement, couldn't agree more. I find all this men vs women stuff totally ridiculous. It's a tribe mentality and an easy way for people with a chip on their shoulders to achieve solidarity.

Does it have pictures?

Don't be silly Rebecca. I didn't make her sit on it, I bent her over it. What do you think I am, some kind of beast?

I don't know whether it's natural or, erm, nurtural? but there are major differences between men and women, of that I am sure. If you go out or spend time with a group of men and then do the same with a group of women I defy anyone to say it was honestly the same experience. No way. There are always exceptions of course, but generally I can't understand how people who have been observing human beings all their lives can come to that conclusion? I think marraiges would be so much more successful if it were true.

Maybe. But work places are always better with a mixture of both. 'Cos you don't want to go into an infant school mate. They're f**king mad! A good balance is best. So different can be good.

Of course each person is different. Too often people focus on what separates the sexes, when in reality there are far more things we share in common. Human beings are human beings. In fact, living creatures are living creatures.

Speaking as an Anthropologist *Looks professional* it's very frustrating the old "nurture or nature" argument, why does it have to be one or the other? Academics may argue about which is more significant, but it's pretty well established that they both play a part. Elements of both make us who we are. When it comes to sex, their are some obvious physiological differences, not to mention the mind field of social messages we are bombarded with.

My point? We can't just make sweeping statements like:

"But if some men and some women's brains are different I think it's all nurture not nature."

Even if I share your sentiments!

Rebecca, have you really come home on a Friday night and logged onto the BSG Forums at 1.43am?

One of us! One of us!

I can make it!

It's just wrong!

Like half the statements I make.

I think half the statements on the whole site are wrong!

Hormones play a part as well.

That is all.
