It's a MS Outlook thing, if you touch-type, it's easier to CTRL+ENTER to send an email than clicking on 'Send'.
Also, if you're in the address bar of IE (and this is *really* techy!), it puts 'http://www' in front of what you've typed and '.com' after it. Now, *that*, is *really*, REALLY sad...
