And Zane Lowe,

Get The Juice!!!

Can't stand Zane Lowe. Ruined the support at Muse.

Epileptic.

Oh. She also has a heart condition. Should I feel bad that I still find her truly irritating?

His show on MTV2 on a Fridays quite good, though hes possibly more toned down on that. I never listen to music radio so dont know what hes like on that.

Me neither, he's just amazingly dull on TV.

No. You should feel bad if you changed your opinion of her based on medical condition(s).

I remember when NME used to be sooooo cool.

You mean when it told you it was cool.

Quote: PhQnix @ May 20 2008, 6:52 PM BST

NME is still 'cool.' It's just that cool now means "OMFG Pigeon Detectives and Green Day!!!" I'll admit that I don't mind either if those bands, but they're not brilliant.

There is no other weekly music magazine any more.

You digging out your Smiths and Leonard Cohen discs tonight Mr C?

Something by The Fall or Slipknot maybe.

That's it! Born Slippy by Underwold. Or "Please Mr Postman"

We are so cruel Laughing out loud

No - for depressing weird stuff I prefer Dory Previn.

I don't know many of the bands mentioned here although I only stopped listening to XFM a couple of years ago. I know how much you youngsters hate old people trying to be trendy - although I genuinely liked Editors, Hard-Fi, Fratellis.

Last album I bought was a reissue from 1970 of Looking On by the Move. Some brilliant stuff including the reaaaaalllyy heavy Brontosaurus.

(Not that I'm listening to it at the moment)

Yes, just a bit. But to be honest I'm only doing it on the off-chance that it confuses the hell out of Aaron cos he *might* not know what we're on about.

Ah - the Fall! Now you're talking!
