Yeah don't diss the RTD!

Without him we'd have nuffink.

Exactly; a lot of 'fans' seem to be distinctly ungrateful for the quite amazing feat hes pulled off-not only has he resurrected a dead show, but hes made it a huge succes, probably more of a success than its ever been, both viewing figures wise and critically.

I agree. I wonder if that link is right?

I read somewhere that before a special he would regenerate into this guy. Hang on...

Aha!

No no no! Do not post this sort of thing without a HEAVY spoiler alert at top! Ive just read it now and am going to be mightly pissed if what it says is true! Spoiler alerts people-SPOILER ALERTS! In fact, dont put up stuff like that at all!!! Angry

Oh my god! So sorry, I didn't think! Hang on...

There. Edited. Please don't burn me...!

Ahh . . . thank you; I shall now erase my memory . . .

Its all probably not true anyway.

Maybe editing your quote might have been a good idea too Stotty. Rolling eyes

I dunno 'he', who I shall not name, seems like a likely candidate to me. I would have said John Simm too, if he hadnt gone and played the Master.

Oh yeah. Smart arse. ;)

Editing done, now you sound like a fool-a fool!

I'm sure the rest of the class can figure out the stoopidness what you dun.

:)

I looked up *him* on Google. Ok. If he plays the dr I am a small box of Terrys Chocolate Orange.

If *he* plays the doctor I'll stop flipping watching!
That'd be poo.

But doesnt the Dr get younger everytime he's about 20 years older than DT. Then again not a lot of yung British actors around that stick out. Then again Tim Spall's son Rafe is getting pretty famous at the mo and he's only 23...maybe one to watch.

I like RTD. He wrote the wonderful "Parting Of The Ways." Yay!

I think that's one of my all time faves, and I don't mind admitting how sad I was at the ending!

How could anyone not be sad by that ending?

Davies speaks with the writers and re-writes drafts, all have his input. Except, i think Im right in saying, Moffats, who I read Davies saying he leaves alone to do completely his own thing.

Says a lot that Moffat's are the best then! Laughing out loud

Agreed (Though Zoo may disagree, another contender for DTs affections out the way) and with Moffat soon to be in charge, maybe we can expect more of this sort of goodness. Then again, if they had too many epsiodes like that I rather think the ten year olds might stop watching. Then itll get cancelled.
