Trying to rhyme 'magic'...no joy.

I am also flexible in my opinions. I'm passionate about learning, and I'm passionate about life.

But totally incapable of seeing that other people do NOT share your opinion and have valid reasons not to do so without being chastised for not doing their research.

Gastric? Spastic? Metric? Pathetic? Homoerotic?

Tragic

Yes, I got it. Rolling eyes

Negative. Before making a judgement, you need to do the research. So, fine, you may not have previously enjoyed soap - but before you make a grand dismissal of the genre, you really do need to watch some current examples in order to be able to come up with a passable critique. then, I would be more than happy to listen and meditate on your findings.

I am not sure you would be happy to meditate on my findings.

But I am a bit puzzled - where did I make any dismissal of the genre grand or otherwise?

Marc

Tragic? Full head of hair and handsome as f**k. Plus I have a winning personality.

Seriously though, chill out bra - I think it's clear that I do listen to people (do the research on the threads), but I will insist on a certain level of cohesion and basic knowledge. Otherwise, it's just like boring c**ts down the pub, banging on about stuff they don't have a clue about.

I have recently declared that Dax Shepard's performance in Employee Of The Month as being a revalation. It was class.

@Marc P - sorry man, I didnt mean you specifically - I meant 'you' as in 'one' as in 'most people'

Denouncing soap-opera is ludicrous. Care anyone name a better written long running television show in the UK than Coronation Street?

BBC News.

it's also accurate to say that it is funnier than 90% of situation comedy in the UK

Bollocks. Utter bollocks. Comedy is so individual that you can't make such a ludicrous statement with anything near "accuracy".

Well done - I was waiting for the personal stuff. Your self-perception could not be any greater than you wish it to be. I don't know you so I can't say you are being delusional but you really have a very sad attitude when you are debating points on the forum. Humility and non-judgemental are traits of people who are winners IMHO and, alas, you have neither. I'm sure the "boring c*%ts down the pub" bow before you when you enter.

Someone deleted their post. Tut tut. ;)

MM, yeah; whyd that dissapear?

Elves.

Elves.

I thought you said Elvis for a moment. Elvis would have been better. Elvis.

Alright. Elvis. He got the thread All Shook Up.

On platform 9...

Personal stuff? What are you on about?

Anyway, you seem to have a personal beef with me; what I propose is that you ignore me. Although, do make sure to keep reading my posts. Believe it or not, I have been complemented on talking sense on several occasions.

I apologise to the originator of this thread, I did not want my opinions to be hijacked by some nut called Alan.
