Thanks! I was close though!
What are you watching on TV? Page 101
My years only had numbers at grammar school which was 8-11, then sixth form.
What the hell did we call the years at middle school...?
So many years...and at our school they divide 7 & 8 from the rest of secondary up to 6th form, too.

Who are you supposed to bully then?
Quote: Scatterbrained Floozy @ May 18 2008, 6:44 PM BSTNope. 1,2= infants. 3-6=juniors. 7-11=secondary. 12&13 =6th form.
Hmm well I did 12 years at school and left after the 5th form at 16 so they seem to have missed a year out for your generation it seems.
Eeeee times were tough in our day, 53 of us living in shoebox in middle of road, etc, etc
A shoebox! Thats luxary! In my dad's day 54 of them shared one shoe ..........

Well I don't know about Robyn or anyone else, but I had 'reception' before year one. I think that's age 4-5. So the same number of years as you, but named differently. If it had also been numbered, the last year of compulsory education would have been 12, with 13 and 14 as sixth form. Referred to as upper and lower sixth in some places.
Yeah.
Ah yes I forgot about good old reception.
Meerkat Manor! It's back.
BBC 2 right now.
My parents have stolen the TV, so I'm missing it!
