You've got off on the right foot with me.
I liked the sketch, little suggestion though Kim is possibly formatting it a little better, it was readable but "((sits down))" seems rather untidy.
And welcome
EDIT: "currently writing sketches for the BBC Comedy Unit" - And I'm telling you about formatting...
*bows* We're not worthy! We're not worthy!
Ah bless you!
Nah I totally get that, generally I keep actions in italics but when I pasted the sketch up here I realised that wasn't an option so just made a quick fix.
I'm not too format fussy for the forum which has already got me in trouble!
As above and fair play.
ach it's nothing big, they just uses my sketches for their Rough Cuts really. Ive not been doing it that long.

So I can get up then?
Ah you do stand up, anything in the midlands?
I'm in the home country at the moment, hitting Kent and London for gigs for the whole of July, will probably make a stop at Manchester, there is a comedian there called Kev Rook who runs a nice little night.
There are Comedy Unit bases over the UK, mine is in Scotland, I don't know the staff for the English one. I only got involved when I went to an interview and they had seen my stand up, which was great because I love LOVE writing.
Good luck though
