Love Soup Series 2 Page 14

I love your covers too!

Awww! Thanks, you guys!

I'd love to do them "for real" but if there was ever an overcrowded field, it's that one. However, if any of you have any pull with BBC execs, feel free to tell them about the clever girl who posts the pretty pictures! :)

So good to see David Ross in tonight's finale - something about this guy cracks me up. He doesn't have to say many lines ... it's more to do with his awkwardness.

Woah.

Now that was good.

Move over Green Wing ;)

Thank gawd we saw him at the end.
I needed to. :(

I'm gonna watch the first series again - I have an urge. May even order in a pizza as well :D

I only ever saw the first episode! It confused me far too much, and I never tuned in again!

So was everyone content with this as the end? Personally I think that it makes a lovely finale, another series would be pushing it.

Agreed.

Exactly Gil's character was there in spirit throughout much of this series and keeping him there in the background through another would be difficult, best to end it now, on a fairly happy note.

Now I see why you prefer Green Wing :P

Well, it was as good an ending as they could have possibly done.

A better* one for me would have been
a) Gil was just in a coma, and it was all a big misunderstanding. And oh! Look! He's just woken up.
or b) thingy (man about to hang self today) was lying about Gil's death because he's obsessed and crazy and it was all a plan to get Alice for himself. Yup.

*Of course I don't mean better as in quality, just wish fulfillment.

You mean Lloyd Drewitt, played by Owen Brenman.

I don't think there is any way that Renwick can continue the series now. It seemed to end nicely.
