Do you hang around outside Pret looking forlorn? People sitting inside, saying "That limping blonde lady looking forlorn outside is putting me off my sandwich, Ronald. Ronald?"
And Ronald saying, "What? I wasn't looking at her chest!"

Ha! Behave! :P

No, I just don't have anything that goes in bread! :( It's a sad existance.

Now this is a set up if I ever saw one.

Well, so far, Manchester's Trendy Chorlton appears to have had the Sandwich of the Day. But it's early doors. Plus Leevil hasn't posted yet, so it's bound to change.

I think Ellie should be allowed to have bread. Let's tempt her. Let's all stand outside Ellie's office waving bread. I don't know where she works exactly, but if we get somebody to stand outside every office building in London, we're bound to catch up with her.

Ha - I would pay to see a bunch of people waving bread outside random offices.

My fiancee has an allergy to gluten so she eats this odd gluten free bread or Manna Bread. Either way they both smell like wet dog when toasted.

That's not a very nice way to refer to your girlfriend. I'm sure she's lovely.

So you're a vegetarian and she's got a gluten allergy. Not much chance of a bacon sarnie in the morning if I stayed at your gaff.

Laughing out loud she eats meat and I eat bread so you should be fine. :)

Phew! I'll be round next Tuesday. Stick the kettle on, there's a good chap.

Tuna Crunch from Greggs and Ellie if you did have bread I'm sure they'd be lovely baps. I know you all wanted to avoid the obvious but I don't care :P

Could you explain the filling of a Tuna Crunch please, Roscoff? I imagine there's some tuna in it, and also some sort of crunchy element, but otherwise we do need a little more detail.

bacon?

biscuits?

See, it's not just me. Zooo's equally baffled and she's generally quite sensible.

Did you have a sandwich today, Zooo?

It's got peppers, and possibly cellery both of which are quite crunchy.

KFC Wrapstar is nice,

Not yet!
I'm scanning the thread for ideas.
Cool

Old fashioned classics.

Egg and cress, with mayonnaise.
Tuna, sweet corn, and cucumber
Cheese and chutney (not pickle)
Sliced meat with stuffing

The Cheese Center's at train stations, do ace cheese sandwiches.
