The Last day of the Premier League 2007-08 Page 2

I'm no Fergie fan, but to ssay he's no the best is madness.

How many Utd teams has he built? 3?

They play incredible football, and yes we all hate Utd but they'd been gash for 25 years before he arrived.

I'm delighted they won the title above Chelski.

I'm no United fan, but I like the fact that they annoy the HELL out of Liverpool fans.

Isn't everyone sick and tired of their arrogance.

As a Chelsea supporter I'd rather Arsenal had won. I'd even wish Tottenham had won it!!!!

I still hate the f**king grumpy arsehole.

And what a f**king animal that Scholes is.

He's taken over from Keane in that dirty way.

Then you talk about Drogba diving. What about that Oriental bloke?

Well I can't argue with such a mature and rational argument as the one above but I will try.

Avram Grant looks like a zombie, he has the biggest bags under his eyes and is a charisma free zone. He is also a trophy free zone.

Oriental bloke? I take it you mean Ji Sung Park. What about him?

Yes Scholes can't tackle very well and so is a "F**king Animal". I expect the police to take him away in a few days for his heinous actions.

Its easier to change clubs than to stay at a top club for 20+ years, as well as build three or more teams from scratch. He stands alone as the top manager on these shores.

United were the best over the season, and the table doesn't lie. Chelsea were talking about all the pressure on United but they couldn't even beat Bolton at home who had spent the week in the pub.

I'm not sure where this 'tired of arrogance' accusation comes from given that Chelsea have had Mourinho for a few years. Anyway, Wenger's got the worst case of arrogance as his team doesn't back it up with trophies.

I felt for Reading. Pompey have really took their foot off the peddle and its not great preparation for the cup final.

I thought I'd feel sorry for Reading (and Birmingham) but frankly Reading have been woeful at times and unfortunately have been undone by second season syndrome (as my own team, Bradford, were seven years ago. We were shit quite frankly and deserved to go down!)

Not wishing to anger the Evertonians here, but if you rarely get into the opposition's penalty area, you won't win many penalties. That, and the fact that all the referee's have latched onto Andy Johnson's constant falling over routine, probably haven't done you any favours on the penalty front.

To be honest, I've never understood the 'We didn't get any penalties' routine that a lot of teams have complained about over the years. Surely it's about being good enough to score goals, not 'how many times we got in the opposition's penalty area before f**king it up'. No?

To summarise my views: Arsenal were the best to watch but didn't have the desire that ManYoo did. ManYoo were ruthless in attack and a joy to watch. Credit to Chelsea for just relentlessly bulldozering teams in a win-win-win-win mentality but, at the end of the day, a bit too dull. Liverpool fourth as usual, nothing to add.

55 goals is only ten fewer than Chelsea, we get into the opposition's penalty area enough, ta very much. I'll admit Johnson goes to ground fairly easily, but he is only 4ft7. Give him a break.

Chelsea hardly bang 'em in, with all due respect! ;)

I suppose he is practically on the ground already...

What your trying to say there Dave- but you won't admit it. 'Isn't everyone sick and tired of their success.

And I'll tell you something. I'm so up for Moscow now it's unreal. I'm so excited.

I don't mind United fans as long as A) they're from Manchester, and B) they supported them when they were rubbish. All the rest are numpties.

God, that means I don't mind Mick Hucknall.

No - I'm sick of their arrogance.

Well what about smugness do you tolerate that?

Lets test it.

We are the Champions.

Get used to it.

I had to edit my previous response. After all I am 51 and should know better - but Manchester United make me irrational.

Well, just be thankful you can remember the year Tommy Docherty took them down.
