Interesting last day. As a Middlesbrough fan, I suddenly feel like Michael Palin.

I'm sure Michael Palin will oblige.
I've just read that my team, Everton, didn't get a single penalty all season! Also, we only scored once, from a direct-play free-kick, and that was way back in August, in the second game of the season.

Maybe they should get a few lessons from watching Manchester F**king United.
What a brilliant day it's been. Winning the Premier League by two points (I'm a United supporter. Not a Cockney red, actually from Manchester) and City getting an 8-1 thrashing. Best bit, sat behind a bitter City fan in the pub, a bitter fifty year old woman. When the Premiership info bar came up and at the time the score was Middlesbourgh 7-0 Manchester City- a laughed in her face.

Well, apart from today's third goal, of course. Feed the Yak, etc.

That wasn't very nice.* But what else would you expect from a scum fan?
* Unless of course it was your wife.
Far more friendly up north...

Oh, we finally got one today, did we?
Fergie can't go on forever so whoever takes over will have a lot to live up to.
Methinks he wants 2 titles to overtake Liverpool and then call it a day.

Amd he's only done it at one club (you can't count Scotland) so he can never compare with Dalglish or Clough.
Well he has won a champions league unlike Dalglish and won 5 FA Cups when Clough won nothing so I think he can.

I still hate the f**king grumpy arsehole.
And what a f**king animal that Scholes is.
He's taken over from Keane in that dirty way.
Then you talk about Drogba diving. What about that Oriental bloke?
It's hard not to admire Ferguson's committment, e.g. the stories about him following Aberdeen players when they went to pubs/clubs, and, of course the infamous "Hairdryer", and the Beckham boot-to-the-face incident.
And his childishness for refusing to talk to the BBC.
