Did you book out the whole bar, so you didn't have to mix with any other customers?

Is that a bar where you get to meet noodles? Sounds kinky. I once dated a translucent rice noodle, but I saw through her straight away.

Nearly 40 - it's all down hill now.

Hah! It'd be tempting, but that'd involve spending money.
Were they straight noodles or the hermaphrodite ones which I always seem to end up taking home? The curly ones I tell you are dangerous. In a curly way.
Tasty ones.
I don't care as long as they're saucy noodles.
Poor personified noodles...
I got a bit drunk last night after planning loads of random things - that fell through, but got to catch up with a few old friends
I think an example is needed of just how random these things were...

Did some terrible parkore, sat on a bus for 20 minutes listening the a bunch of women with PMT shouting "who are ya! Who are ya!" And watching this couple who were blatantly set up on a date and they were hating each other
That does sound quite good! I would've liked to see the parkore! On Tuesday, there were loads of cars representing something outside school, but we didn't know what so were all craning our necks to look. It turned out to be BNP cars with ridiculous posters, and I swear we all started laughing as we turned the corner. The representative was there, and looked very offended!
How I got onto that, I don't know; but I think PMT somehow linked to BNP in my head...

I wish I had the nerve!

I really do despair of modern society.

Isn't that derived from *gulp* French!?

Why only as you turned the corner?
