Quiz ya! Page 41

Hi peeps,

Just to cover who got what points towards the end last night. You all answered soooo quick I had no chance.

Q16 1 point to Graham Bandage for 'Bracelets'

Q17 1 point to Aaron for 'Blood'

Q18 2 points to Aaron for 'Banana'

Q19 2 points to Aaron for 'Norway'

Aaron also queried his right to equal points for Q6. The post was not simultaneous but as only one minute adrift I award 1 point for that rather than two.

On the same basis, Graham Bandage also scored 2 points for 'Banana' and Puffinpol and David Chapman each scored 1 point for that question.

The results of the judging of the overnight question will follow shortly.

Some of the answers were quite worrying.

The posts weren't, but his edit (where he added the answer for 6) was after I loaded the page, and only 12 seconds before I answered. So uh, yeah. Thank you. :)

Ok, for those who don't know, the overnight question, with points awarded for amusing answers was "What might make the penis erect?"

David Chapman - "Mayonnaise" = 1 point.

Graham Bandage - "Reticent sheep = 1 point.

Aaron and Zooo had quite an obsession with the value of buggery in various ways with a "Marge Simpson" doll being one of the suggestions for insertion? between them they also managed to suggest "a hand", "Concrete", "a sonic screwdriver", "David Tennant naked" (Aaron), "a lump of wood and nails"???
Nothing brilliant but a point each for being present and a further point each for offering so many worrying suggestions.

Marc P was first with "Rigor Mortis" for 1 point and might as well have another for a long winded story about something completely different.

Ellie JP gets 3 points for offering us all a blow job this morning.

Curt gets 3 points for the worrying idea that he threatens his own willie at gunpoint. Would have been 4 if he had incorporated 'a stick-up' into his answer.

Joint top scorers with 4 points each were>>

Puffinpol with a quite cleverly punned (I'm assuming intended) "Stand-up Comedy" and>>

For his first ever points in the Quiz, Roscoff with his game of soldiers.

Obviously no one got the maximum 5 points for the one I thought should be correct.>>

Clearly, what makes the penis erect is Taking part in thing's Quiz!

Yep... It's a long queue and I'm really full.

I'm really full.

Spit then...

I'll post the updated overall scores later, when I get time.

Graham Bandage certainly made a stunning entry into the Quiz on his first attempt.

Bifn

oh dear :(

My first point! I'm so proud of myself I'm sticking a medal on my little soldier now. It says 'Intali'.....'Intili'....'Clever Boy'. Cool

Despite Aaron's suggestion on P35 that all questions had been answered
one is still outstanding!

Question 3/. was quite tough and not ideally presented because of the way the site corrupts text. It is though still gettable and now worth a big ol' 4 points!

Q3/. 4

For those who weren't here, it's a catchphrse or common expression and you need to 'say what you see'. In this case think also about 'sounds like'.

Good luck, I'm out for a while and will check later.

Out for the count. (I think David C said that though).

4's Kin

Four out (far out)?

Like I said before, it's your browser that "corrupts" text, not the site.
