James Bond Reflects

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Fejt9J_-lZY

Is this funny?

no

The man has a point.

No real jokes, very little pace, and it's James Bond interviewed so what?

It needs to be a lot shorter, and it needs to actual go some where. Maybe Bond has nightmares about killing Blofeld?

Or for a real literate feel contrast neurotic, needy Bond of the books, with Bond ubermenasch of the films.

ha ha

I agree, I don't think that's funny!

But I wanted to hear more opinions as I think that maybe the idea and setup could be copied and done a whole lot better

WHAT ABOUT THE ABOVE PART

Ok Oliver that was less funny then the one before. The guy doesn't sound like Moore, or Connery et al, and if you're trying to be ironic in that regard it ain't working. The jokes are not very funny, the pace is slow, and ensures the few jokes are still born.

James Bond is a wonderful figure for lampooning, unfortunately that means from the get go your going to be compared to the best (not to mention some of the silly Bond films them selves).

And this film just smacks of poor script, poor acting, poor central concept, even the lighting is horrible. You really need to get the writing right before you even begin.

Oh dear.
Whistling nnocently

To avoid confusion in future, it's usual to post your own stuff in critique, not somebody else's. Otherwise I'd be putting forward a great scene set in a Torquay hotel.
