I think he's doing that with his mouth. Look at the unnatural 'calmness' on his face, and then note how he sometimes takes deep breathes before starting.
Do not note, however, how seriously I have taken this.

Well anyway, he's got a unique talent!
Yeh, he's doing it all right. He's note pefect on the hand movements and the fact isn't pitch perfect lends me to think it's genuine. Plus you couldn't do that with an ordinary breath you'd have to whack loads in through your mouth on a regular occasion me thinks. I'll probably find out I've been suckered now!
