I'm going to have a bacon sandwich in a minute...
Sandwich Of The Day Page 5
How was it?
Right, it's 11.29am. I'm off to buy my sandwich. Laters, dudes.

You can't imagine, just brilliant... I am the master of making bacon sandwiches.
Quote: Graham Bandage @ April 16 2008, 7:47 AM BSTI shall be purchasing a chicken, bacon and sweetcorn sandwich (wholemeal doorstop bread)
Ooo sounds delish... sorry, sounds great.
Quote: thing @ April 16 2008, 12:30 AM BSTSurely you mean a non-judg emmenthal thread?
What's the best sandwich condiment?
Tabasco, worstershire sauce, english mustard (for red meats), cranberry sauce, lemon mayonnaise, or proper garlic mayo?
Subtle thing though english mustard good with sausage, terrible with cheese.
Worst one has to be sun dried tomatoes, they are evil
That said pickled jalapenos are fantastic.
Love my mayonnaise, f**king love it. And yes English mustard too. Nothing too fancy mind, bit of ketchup does the job most times.
Branston pickle (small chunks). None of that rubbish.
And why not suggest normal mayo? Are you mayonnaist? THAT IS ABHORRENT.
Sweet curry sauce, or sweet chilli especially with sausages.
But the bread, doorstep white, or filled baguette.
Again subway bread is full of chemicals and tastes like ass.
N.b. I don't care which sitcom actors like Subway. Albert Steptoe liked getting wanked off in public toilets. He may be very funny, but it's not going to make me want to take that up.
Helmans mayonnaise, or Waitrose french style mayonnaise. Every thing else is like a dollop of Jumbo's special from an elephant breeding center.
Unless you've tried all the different subway sandwiches, your opinion is WORTHLESS!
I like the meatball marinara with cheese, salad and BBQ sauce.
Sounds vile, I know.
The smell probably makes you sick if you get it all day. Understandable.
I tried 'em all, I tried them when there was only one branch on Tottenham Court Road! (But I never got wanked off in a public toilet, so my opinion may be less valid there.)
Subway is ok, but it tries too hard, and like McDonald's you can really tell everything came out of a box that morning.
Thie meatball is passable, if nothing special.
But compare it to a similarly priced shwarma, or proper hot roast sandwich, and it's just a bit pallid.
Edited by Aaron.
Posh sandwich places always seem to use rock-hard crusty f**king bread. Hate it.
Give me Subway any day.
