Boris sounds nervously breathless.

In fact he's started very badly.

Quote: zooo @ April 8 2008, 10:44 PM BST

I quite liked his opening speech. Except for the bit Paxman added at the end. >_<

Boris was the most passionate sounding one of the three.

I agree with both of you (shock horror). Boris hasn't come across particularly well, but at the same time has seemed most passionate. To be honest, I don't think up-front debate in this manner is really his strength, but as debate doesn't really enter into the running of one of the world's largest cities, I don't think that that's a big problem.

Time Gentlemen Please - seems to be on every night on Paramount 2.

A most excellent and highly underrated sitcom.

I

A most excellent and highly underrated sitcom.

Such class and sophistication.

Brilliant and to think they did about 26 in the first "season".

24 I think, yeah. It does start to falter a little towards the end, but not massively.

"Connie, won't you come and slide down my greasy pole? ... I'm implying I've got a massive cock."

NO! You can't agree with me! I must be wrong! Does not compute.
:S :S :S

The end of Hotel Babylon. Anna is possibly the cutest thing ever.

You are not just absorbing all my opinions, you are becoming me.

In the vents. Did you not get the urge to hug the TV?

I completely forgot it was on to be honest, will have to catch up on iplayer.
I did see the end of show preview last week though. I saw her rip her shirt off. If she does that I will...hug...my TV, yes :)

Yes, yes she does. And :O :O :O traitor! Watch it NOW.

I know I can't believe me :(
She does take it off!! Omg I'm gone! Back in 40, quite possibly with a big smile!

40? You'll need more like 80!

40? You'll need more like 80!

I thought it was on for 40 mins, it's 1:20 now, bloody hell!

Anyway, Anna - phwooooooaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr!
Blonde PR - phwooooooaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrr!

Last in series - Teary Teary Teary

How about that for a professional review? Gutted though, I'm gonna miss this show loads. I hope they're planning on making another.

No, it's on for 60 minutes - you'll need the other 20 to rest and 'consider' what you've just seen! :D

And yes, the announcer at the end said that Hotel Babylon would return for a fourth series next year. w00t! :D

Yeah, I needed the extra 20 minutes to mull over my own extended version of the shaft scene, using that name as a rough guideline :D
Was such a good ep, and some really funny bits 'Catch 22 what? If it was tigers I'd like it, but if it was mouses...'! And how much ash in one little pot? lol.

I'm glad it's gonna be back but still gutted I've got to wait a year for it :(

And how much ash in one little pot? lol.

Incidentally, has there ever, EVER, been a sitcom/drama/bit-of-Tesco-Finest-fluff-like-Hotel-Babylon featuring an urn of ashes that HASN'T been emptied by hee-hee-hilarious accident?

Only Fools and Horses. Two urns, only one of which was emptied.
