Exwuse me scumbags but I also lived in Cardiff once and when I was there everybody was house trained! Except for Gavin. He apparently is highly trained for something else. You can fill in the blanks yourself. Needless to say its not a service offered on the NHS.
Going back a bit, to Captain Jack's brother-on Declassified he spoke normally-and he was English! No wonder he sounded so much like Jack-he was just being a copycat!
