No there wasn't a sketch about the first human recording. They kept the under two's news from last week, which personally I find cringeworthy, but it got laughs.

I decided it wasn't worth missing This Week for. Sounds like I made the correct decision.

I quite liked the sausage addict sketch, but the rest has been awful.
