Nothing to worry about Mr Johnson a third of all Brits are paranoid, please describe the symptoms?

Well I feel the governments watching me all the time, they want my fingerprints if I want to use a bus, and hire Traffic Wardens to spy on me.

DOCTOR
That's quite normal, I'll just type this up on the giant NHS database you can't access, but insurance companies and the police can. Could I have a DNA sample please?

MAN
You're one of them I getting out of here.

DOCTOR
Oh don't worry about the DNA sample.

MAN
You don't want it now?

DOCTOR
No we'll get it off the police sniffer dog in the surgery, they can smell if you're thinking about not paying your TV license.

Only part of them. But as it's a confusing point, I'll change it to loved ones, or with 2 months wait.

personally I think it's a bit of an info dump skit.

Instead of
"Well I feel the governments watching me all the time, they want my fingerprints if I want to use a bus, and hire Traffic Wardens to spy on me."

How about something like;

Well I feel the government,s watching me all the time; they take my fingerprints off my bus tickets and every time I take my car in to town I notice Traffic Wardens spying on me.

Merely a suggestion and in no way guaranteed to be better than the original.

The first line is good, the second is to long. As I so often bang on, it's all about pace.
