British Comedy Quiz Page 101

Quiz 345 from Hercules, 80.

The only ones I knew for certain were the name of the dog and the author of the autobiography! But I got 5/10.

5/10 is the score to beat. Niki will do it, some of the old folks might do it. Michael will not do it.

Correct: 1, 2, 3, 8, 10

Thanks for another quiz...

In the words of Sylvia Plath, too f**king right.
4 and 1 with one I knew (Hale and Pace), two educated guesses (Sumner Whine) and the rest all guessed.

Good average for you MM

Perfect quiz! 8 out of 10 for me. Got questions 3 and 9 wrong. Great fun!

Thank you Chris, and well done! I thought it would be quite hard for quizzers

Thanks for the vote of confidence a plate, I managed 8/10 and 3/5 with a few lucky guesses.

Got 9-11 and 15 incorrect.

Thank you Herc, that was fun ☺️

Thank you Niki and glad you enjoyed it 😊

Oh, and well done!

Hmm, I'm not sure you could've picked a set of subjects I'd go more out of my way to avoid, apart from couple there I'd watch if on but wouldn't set the alarm for. So 3/10 & 2/5 this round. ☹️ Qs 2, 9 & 10 correct.

But you did at least try Alf, so well done there. Only a βœ”οΈ this time and no Gold Star

Quiz 346 from Niki...

I got 10/10!!! πŸ† As in: full marks! Ten of your Earth points go to 'a plate', aka me... Well, you get the idea with that. Admittedly there were a couple of lucky guesses (I've never seen Miranda, so just picked an answer at random). Lucky to get Red Dwarf and a few others I knew right away, and a few that took a bit of thinking. Great quiz!

And now if someone gets 10/10 and also 5/5 on the bonus questions then there'll probably have to be some sort of fight or something.

It must be Newton's third law (I remember that 'cos in five years of physics that was the only thing I understood) because I didn't know a single one. Still fun, though.

I've split the atom then with 5/10, 2/5. Too many Qs not my cup of comedy char again, but interesting quiz.

I was going to wind you up, but no - 5/10 and 0/5, so clearly the 90s are not my bag, but nonetheless, well done you and well done Niki on stumping me again. 😲

I knew numbers 2, 3 & 10.

Very well done, a plate! Impressive stuff. Good quiz too.
I got 8 out of 10, 1 out of 5. Got Maid Marian and Red Dwarf wrong. Damn you, Danny John Jules!
