Let's not forget that an aggressive, expansionist dictatorship has launched an unprovoked attack on a small, vulnerable democracy. These attempts by Trump and his champions to pretend Putin is behaving perfectly reasonably or that Ukraine is in some way to blame are fooling no one.

Well in land area it's the biggest country in Europe after Russia so it certainly isn't small, and that's why people were surprised Russia would attempt a complete invasion. But vulnerable because of its history of being part of the Soviet Union, and its increasing move to the West politically since the break up.

It sought to join Nato and the EU and ousted the pro Russian president in a revolution, and that was the trigger for Putin to step in, so there's context to the invasion that doesn't get shown on western media. Russia does not want a country that size on their doorstep 'threatening it' with Nato troops or taking its trade away to the EU. I'm not showing support for Putin, just stating how they see things.

It is a democracy though despite Trump's lies on the subject.
"Ousted" the previous leader in a "revolution"? He was defeated in an election!
Neither Trump or Putin are behaving fairly or reasonably over this, despite you bending over backwards to claim otherwise.

So, the Yanks have taken over the James Barnd franchise - let's hope they get away from the womanising image and make him/her a one-legged black lesbian in a wheelchair.

America doesn't really seem to be going in that direction currently, does it?

More chance of an orange Bond who kills Mexicans by the pick up load while chasing a cross dressing Ukrainian super villain known as Puffy Pavel who is hell bent on killing innocent Oligarchs.

After the revolution in Kiev in which a hundred protesters were killed by state forces, the 'heavenly hundred'.

I was shocked that the Broccoli's have given ip control. Sadly it probably means they'll bludgeon us to death with Bond and a million offshoots about Miss Moneypenny, Q, M and all the other 00s.

A quick recap of this week's events.

Zelenskyy
"Donald Trump is living in a Russian disinformation bubble"

Trump
"Yeah? Yeah?? Yeah well you....you're .. you're just a big poopy head"

Maybe not, but La La land certainly is, besides I was only being facetious.

While we're on the subject, how come they are all now actors, but they still have a Best Actress award. Effin' stupid double speak again.

Trump's approval rating since he spat his dummy and threw a childish strop at that nasty Zelenskyy....

Cnn - down 5%
Qpac - down 4%
Gallup- down 6%
Ipsos- down 7%

Even the yanks are disgusted by his pathetic tantrum and cosying up to the Russians

I think Mr Kellogg must have missed a meeting.....

"A long and intense day with the senior leadership of Ukraine. Extensive and positive discussions with @ZelenskyyUa, the embattled and courageous leader of a nation at war and his talented national security team," Keith Kellogg posted Thursday morning on the social platform X.

Kellogg, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant general who served as a national security official in Trump's first term, met with Zelensky to discuss the path forward as the Trump administration pushes for an end to the war in Ukraine."

Thank goodness these idiots don't have to deal with this serious situation! 🤪

"A Conservative chief whip has sensationally claimed a senior advisor to the party attended an orgy and defecated on someone's head.

The diaries of Simon Hart ripped the curtain back on the bizarre habits of his fellow party members in the dying months of the Conservative government. Extracts from the diaries cover orgies and how a Tory MP became stuck in a brothel, among several other claims of shocking incidents"

You read that in the Daily Mail.

Not big enough unfortunately.

After these four years he will cement himself as the worst, most unpopular president in US history

Based on what, his blunt undiplomatic personality; right wing views' morally lax private life; and of course the fact you hate him?

So it won't matter at all if he ends a war no one else had bothered to, actually makes America great again, reduces crime and stops the flow of homemade fentanyl ravaging towns and cities? All of which are his major aims. I'm glad the majority won't be as blinkered as you on his success rate.

You missed out making the rich richer and the poor poorer.
