I don't know who was pulling the strings at Channel 5 but Respectable, Suburban Shootout, Swinging and Angelo's were all on between 2005 to 2007. Definitely a comedy output that they will never achieve again.

During the period in question - and all the shows you cite - were co-commissions with Paramount Comedy, as it then was.
