I think any good US lawyer prosecuting a case of a 22 year old intern just out of college having sex with a 48 year old boss who happens to be the most powerful man in the world could turn that plea into exploitation. Just as they did with Prince Andrew's bit of stuff who was also a willing sex partner until she realised later she could make millions from saying she wasn't. The deplorable way the world works, eh?

While it was consensual, I have a problem with the imbalance of power, and the fact she was thrown to the dogs after it happened. Leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Of course Trump is a whole other level of scumbag, mananging to be a 'wrong un' on multiple other fronts that leaves other presidents lagging.

She didn't even want to accuse him of anything, it was her devious colleague who exposed it to strengthen her own case of sexual harrissment from Clinton and forced the impeachment, against Lewinsky's wishes. She also never tried to sue him over it although she probably could've, just as her colleague successfully did. So Lewinsky was the only one who came out of this clean, well nearly.
