Cher on the Radio 4+ repeat run of Desert Island Discs with Lauren Laverne, who is an excellent interviewer, and what a lovely and honest person Cher is to listen to.

What a life! Most enjoyable

Listening to Whitney Houston singing her big hit I never realised she had a thing for Louis. She was well known for using three syllables when only one was necessary.

Alternative TV - You Bastard

Night Moves LP by Bob Seger.

Just listened to a couple of recent acquisitions. Bobby's Girl LP by Susan Maughan (my love before Sandie Shaw came on the scene) and Another Night Time Flight by Blue (1970s band).

Great band - saw them live quite a bit back in late 70's

I bought a batch of records from Flashback in Islington yesterday including Jay and the Americans, Procul Harum, Gary Holton, Chris Farlowe and the Pretty Things.

Currently listening to Jeff Beck and the Jan Hammer Group live.
