And, to be honest, the mega-rich won't suffer that much.
Just build higher walls.

The far right shitbags Stateside really busy arguing over who is the most racist and vile...
Steve Bannon (just out of prison) doesn't like Musk....
"In an escalation of discontent among the highest-profile far-right followers of Donald Trump, his former adviser Steve Bannon has called Trump's newest favorite, Elon Musk, "racist" and a "truly evil guy", pledging to "take this guy down" and kick him out of the Maga movement.
In an interview with the Corriere della Sera newspaper in Italy, excerpts of which were published this weekend by Breitbart, Bannon criticised Musk's embrace of some forms of immigration and vowed to ensure that Musk does not have top-level access to the White House.
"He is a truly evil guy, a very bad guy. I made it my personal thing to take this guy down," Bannon said. "Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it - I'm not prepared to tolerate it any more."
He added: "I will have Elon Musk run out of here by inauguration day", which falls on 20 January. "He will not have full access to the White House. He will be like any other person."
Personally I think they are both arseholes
Not something we've heard from certain Labour supporters on here.
"It's right Tulip Siddiq resigned, you can't have an anti-corruption minister mired in a corruption scandal."
In response to Tulip Siddiq's resignation letter below, Prime Minister Keir Starmer tells his former minister he wants "to be clear that the door remains open for you going forward".
Sums him up perfectly. The hypocritical twat.
Not sure where the hypocrisy comes in.
If she doesn't have a case to answer she'll be allowed back.
Seems pretty straightforward.
It wasn't her, it was her auntie that was 'at it.
She played no part of it - apart from the odd free house in London n stuff.
What is the world coming to when innocent MP's have to resign?
If she's guilty, it's good she's gone.
If she' not, she will be welcomed back.
Blimey! Must be a slow news day.
After 32 years - the BBC are bringing back Eldorado....
I'm quite a fan of auntie Beeb.... BUT HAVE THEY GONE FUCKING INSANE???
Is it too late for a pun?
The Tulips are out early this year.
Mine are just peeping their little heads out of the soil - nice, and all's well with the world 😊
"The identical twins promoted to help save Starmer's economic policy":
Always said he was two-faced...

I always preferred Lyons Maid & Walls.
Kemi Badenoch apologises for the tories brexit shit show
"Leaving the EU without a growth plan was a "mistake""
No shit Mr Holmes
Your lot are responsible for the single most destructive thing to hit our economy - in our entire history
Some "mistake"
Never mind , it's not you lot that get to suffer the consequences.....
She also rubbished other Tory policies - whilst seemingly forgetting that she had eight ministerial roles in that government herself
The blue Milliband is utterly clueless but at least she is prepared to admit her government was shite
You know when someone talks to you and your eyes glaze over....
I'm sorry but Sir Keir seems very detached from the realities of ordinary peoples lives at the moment. I wasn't expecting him to be able to turn everything round but I have been surprised by his priorities.
I haven't been sucked in by the boats or the rape gangs and I understand that the NHS will take years to turn around but lets be honest he looks to the poor and disabled as a means of saving money rather than trying to recover the loot that resides under the palm tress.
Landlords are still able to act like barons while renting out for council houses that have changed from family homes to multi occupancy set ups.
This country is in the doldrums and while money may not be plentiful he should at least be giving us hope.
As it stands be I right or wrong I firmly believe that calling a second referendum would invigorate and enthuse people and create a sense of momentum in the right direction.
Of course there will be outrage but there's outrage all the time anyway so lets at least at least put that to one bed .
Well no one wants to upset the markets or the shareholders
So yet more wins for the rich no matter who's in power
How are you doing anyway Teddy, are you alright?
