For many a year (going back to the 1950s and before then according to my parents) we were told never to discuss politics or religion, as invariably it lets to fierce arguments, where no one will agree with the other, and this is the reason I now no longer post on this thread - it's far too toxic, and as you say Teddy, "boring as f**k"

Talking of Greenland I see that the US have been trying to get it for over 100 years. It's apparently geographically part of North America and 1,860 miles from Denmark. A strange situation.
January is basically a month long Monday. To think that less than a fortnight ago this snow would have been greeted by families watching it fall whilst marvelling at the wonders of Christmas.
