I bet it wasn't called that in the 1950s though. Sounds very much like a 1990s/2000s buzz-word.

F**k, that was hard (resist it). Every single one was a guess so I didn't check my score as it wouldn't mean much and I couldn't live with myself if I got an OFAH one right and questions about The Young Ones' Rik Mayall and Ben Elton wrong.

The BBC's bat wings were, I believe, the world's first, and were originally called a "television symbol".
