I'm surprised he wasn't in it, it seemed to have everyone else from the period there. Way too many characters, too twaddly and verbose script with out of place swearing,.

Do you think they'll eat me whole?

They've arrived! My latest eBay purchase:

Don't tell the local burglar though.

What costume is Kenny supposed to be in? Teacher? Is the handle a ruler?

No, it's a hypodermic needle. Kenny & Hattie are both from Doctor and Charlie & Sid from Khyber

Ahhh! Got you.

And all in good condition for things I presume to be about 50. A bit like meself. 🤔

Private Widdle, Sir Sidney Ruff-Diamond, Dr Tinkle & Matron. They look like egg cups but with handles which is unusual. Surely not mugs ???

They're basically what we might have called Toby Jugs (called character jugs now). Decorative purposes only. 3.5/3.75 inches high. Produced by Royal Doulton in 2001.

Oh yes ofcourse. Good set.

Love the specs on Hawtrey.

An essential component of the set. So many that you see have them missing, broken or detached. Don't ask me what they're made of or how they are attached. I haven't dared touch them!
