Are these the long-planned changes by the last administration, before the election, to mark, the "125th year of the Government Art Collection"?
Even serial-liars GBNews felt duty bound to mention that - WAY down in the piece, of course.
Perhaps you didn't get that far?
I read the news today oh boy! Page 2,860
Yep, for all their Corbyn cleansing talk, they are still just a bunch of student-like lefties hating their own country's history and spouting radical nonsense. While taking freebies worth millions. And I wonder if Reeves will have a Tracey Emin artwork in no.11? (The multi media artist is famously a Tory)
So are we talking about Labour, or the last lot - the ones who actually decided to change the paintings?
Wow I didn't realise Starmers specs and tickets were worth "millions" ?
That's outrageous
And bollocks
At least they don't take money from racists and Russian oligarchs
We're not talking just about the leader who took well over 100k worth of freebies in opposition but the combined total of all Labour's MPs freebies including holidays, concerts, clothes, and other gifts, which probably accounts to more than £2m. If it doesn't, please publish the figures which prove it doesn't, then I'll correct the post. Morning.

No. They just cosy up to the Chinese, one of the worst racist regimes in the world.

Will she moving Tracey's unmade bed in?

Are we talking all 14 years of opposition - or the last year?
Over the last year it was £700,000.

In terms of the last 14 years, here's how it looks.
On a brighter note, the new Employment Bill gets it first reading today.
Labour quietly getting on with it while people maunder on about concert tickets.

Well, I suppose with the promises he made that they haven't fulfilled and with the things they've done, or are about to do, that weren't in the manifesto, something had to connect up sooner or later. Maybe he'll get around to doing something about children dying in the channel next.
What like Jenrick who ordered Disney murals to be painted over so the ones who didn't drown could still be miserable?
I bet those 22 year old children were disappointed that Mickey Mouse had gone.

Ah the caring right
You'd probably prefer it if these nine year old children drowned
"Robert Jenrick has cartoon murals painted over at children's asylum centre. The Kent intake unit (KIU) is a reception centre for unaccompanied child asylum seekers. Some of the lone children arriving in the UK are as young as nine, the Home Office recently disclosed. "

The solution to children dying in the channel is Safe Routes ie application in Calais.
This was offered by the French, but the previous government turned it down (they saw anti-immigration rhetoric as a vote-winner - it was pretty well all they had).
It's on the table again but, with the same people crying crocodile tears over dead children, also screaming"No more immigrants" at the top of their collective voice, it will be a hard call - certainly right now.
In the current hostile media environment the headlines would be apocalyptic.
It's still a possibility under this government - it was never on the cards under the Tories.
Which is pretty much how I view the chances of all the progressive policies I think this country needs.
It's all about direction of travel.
We've been going the wrong way for 14 years - it's going to take time.
Who says 'caring right?
It's the caring left - when they are being horrible (which is usual)
As above, trying to suggest we wish death on children.
Some of those children with beards sat in a classroom.

I did nothing of the sort.
I was pointing out the hypocrisy of people who bemoan the fate of children crossing the channel, also being outraged at a system that would put a stop to it.
You don't believe any of them are children, so I'm not sure what you're worried about...
