Quote: Alfred J Kipper @ 31st May 2024, 10:29 PMYou've summed it up for what it is, even though he's become a convicted felon, it stinks of personal vendetta, mass hysterical hatred of the man's demeanour and lifestyle, and inevitably political motivation. His crime pales into insignificance with Bush & Blair's illegal war that set the middle east on fire, Nixon's electoral meddling and lying to congress, Clinton's sex scandal, lying to congress and impeachment, all forgiven.
Trump will also be forgiven by the unbiased swathe of Americans and if he's stopped from running for office, I think it will cause such an outcry it'll even delay the election.
Absolute nonsense.
The courts are not controlled by the Democratic Party.
Trump was found guilty in a court of law by a jury of his peers. Don't be taken in by Trump's self-serving rhetoric.
Also, odd that you seem to think Nixon and Clinton were forgiven! Nixon resigned in disgrace while Clinton was impeached.
Trump is not above the law.
....................and here is the news from the Anglia region:
I was watching this item about an old boy who went blind a year ago who had a newer type of cornea transplant, which they stitched in a star shape - fascinated me as it reminded me of when I had a tiny "trapdoor" stitched into my left eye to relieve the pressure of glaucoma. So fine............
But then we see him in his garden cutting his lawn with a rotary mower AND NO safety glasses on!!! FFS, what is it with some people who can be so f**king stupid, they risk their sight like that, especially as he had been without if for so long.
Since I had my cataract op in my only good eye I don't need distance glasses, but I still wear a plain glass pair with a peaked cap when I am out or gardening to protect my eye
Words fail me when I see twanks like that

Trial by jury has never been a guarantee of a just and safe verdict especially with high profile personalities, especially in the USA. I'm sure you're aware of the OJ Simpson trial. Bias and prejudice in the minds of jurors is impossible to rule out and that's been scientifically proven. But even if he's genuinely guilty, which I don't doubt too much, a trial in liberal Democrat controlled New York where much of the anti Trump hysteria has stemmed from, and the timing of it must be questioned as 'selective' which if proven will void the verdict.
Nixon got an immediate pardon from the next president and a state funeral when he died. Clinton was acquitted and served another two years, and also done very well for himself since. If that's not forgiven, I don't know what is.
I'm happy for Trump to get a pardon if he agrees to bugger off and not bother any of us ever again with his toxic nonsense.
Although it is worth remembering that Trump himself is a hugely vengeful person who delights in using the law and his powerful friends to go after his enemies. The difference is his enemies aren't usually as corrupt and sleazy as he is, so not much sticks

Crimes were committed under New York jurisdiction - so the trial has to take place in New York
That's the law.
Trump thinks he's above the law and so therefore he should be able to cherry pick his own court venue instead
The law is the law - so he was told to shut the f**k up and sit his fat ass in a New York courtroom, like any other defendant would
China lands a probe on the far side of the moon
Spoiler alert - it's basically the same as the front side
Bunch o fkn dusty old rocks

Yes! He is guilty and has been found guilty. Key point!
No other citizen would have got away with so many attempts to undermine the legal process.
He's certainly not been hard done by.
He is already saying 'the people' won't tolerate him being jailed
Basically inciting his moronic minions to commit violence again
Talking of morons, how many of these maga f**kwads are complaining about inflation and everything being too expensive- yet they've got money to throw away donating to Trump and spending fortunes on his bibles and trading cards and revolting tacky gold sneakers
I see all the newspapers had a field day with the headlines about the weekend march led by Mr Robinson.
Nazi scum, Football hooligans, Far right, anti-Muslim and so on. There was no trouble apart from some people who objected to the march.
For gods sake - don't be patriotic and love your country.

Hitler youth!
Good Aryan stock...
20,000 people scoured for any misbehavior. Seek and thou shall find.
You don't have to scour that hard.
Imagine children being brought up by such pond slime
I thank God my parents weren't ignorant, hate filled, knuckle dragging retards

Robinson lives in Spain
Very patriotic!
