Daves puns do follow the laws of comedic motion though. Every joke has an equal and opposite reaction.
I think David has a reasonably good hit rate.
Half his puns make me laugh out loud.
The other half.... we shan't talk about.
They started off pretty well, but have descended to implying and totally re-writing what people have said, rather than just adding to them and reading them differently. Which is a pity.
