It's a good objective when you're in your 50s. Not so much when you're approaching 71.

How about approaching 80 💀

From which direction y'old git.

I wish I could go backwards 😢

I certainly wouldn't want to be starting all over again. I'm happy to have been born after the 2nd World War and hopefully to expire before the start of the next one, to have witnessed all the achievements & hear the music of the 60s first hand, to have reached pension age at the proper age (before they raise it to 85, leaving no time to enjoy retirement), to have been present when Wimbledon won both the Amateur Cup in 1963 and the FA Cup in 1988, to have seen the 1966 World Cup through the eyes of a football obsessed schoolboy and to have seen in person all the great racehorses of my formative years - Nijinsky, Mill Reef, Brigadier Gerard, Red Rum...

Supergran star, Gudrun Ure made it to 98. RIP.
Hands up, who else remembers the theme tune...?
Altogether now: Stand back Superman, Iceman, Spiderman...
Er...just me then?
