" Fifteen government departments have been monitoring the social media activity of potential critics and compiling "secret files" in order to block them from speaking at public events, the Observer can reveal.

As far as I am concerned every 999 call is on tape so a select committee should investigate how many of these calls are in English in the first instance, I bet its 100% as these sly bastards only use Welsh to annoy any English people in their pub. Sounds like a car crash? But I agree most of us on here will have done near similar its all part of being a lad and this is a terrible outcome from what will have started off as a great time.

Well we've all got to die sometime.
But not at the hands of someone who took no advice and acted rashly , that's more manslaughter than just dying\\ of natural causes, There will be no excuses at the end of this inquiry, The theft of taxes is one thing as its expected from the Tories but with a suggested 20,000 extra deaths because of his actions is another.

Very sad news 
As you say, the invincibility of youth. At that age in the late 60's we were tearing about on 250cc motorbikes with no training. I had a black tie that I didn't bother putting away for a couple of months.
