I must say I am surprised at your support for a project that has been opposed on environmental grounds by such as Greenpeace, Friends of the Earth, WWF, the Woodlands Trust, the Wildlife Trusts & the RSPB and which will increase carbon emissions by the running of trains at speeds of 225mph.
