A few of these things sound like present government policy anyway. They are just terrible at implementing them.
Well, of course that's the point. Any government can promise things that they think will appeal to their core voters. It's whether or not they actually believe in them and whether they really want to do anything about them that is the telling factor.

Renationalising utilities definitely isn't a right-wing thing.
Yes, I thought long and hard before including that one and that would certainly be the accepted view, yes. But I don't think that it was ever the utopian ideal of privatisation that the de-nationalised companies would end up in foreign hands with profits going to foreign countries and foreign individuals with the danger of being held to ransom in the event of a breakdown in relations (think Russia). So I figure that the desire to get these companies back under British control before it's too late should be an admirable right-wing cause.

Assume you generally oppose foreign aid, equality and environmental legislation?
Not necessarily oppose per sé, which is why I said review; not abolition.
I'm thinking nonsensical cases such as when a Christian street preacher is told he cannot preach because there has been a complaint or when six policemen turn up to investigate a complaint of a collection of gollies*. I'm thinking of official forms that require you to select your gender from a choice of 18.
(*Spellchecker wanted to change that to a collection of goalies!)
I'm thinking of the requirement to satisfy a foreign aid quota rather than sending it when and where it is needed.
I'm thinking the unacceptable tolerance by the authorities of protestors, targets brought in merely to appease activists, which we know are unattainable, and the promotion of electric cars when we know a) they're useless and b) they are no more environmentally friendly than ordinary cars (think the advocacy of diesel engines 25 years ago) and the acceptance of e-scooters when we all know how lethal they are going to turn out to be.
