Been awarded a free £10 spread bet on specific football markets to be used by 6 June. So that's basically the FA Cup Final, the Scottish Cup Final or some foreign game.

The one I've gone for is Man City to win in 90 minutes and under 7 goals in the game, which I've bought @ 66.7 (which equates to fixed odds of 1/2). Obviously the most likely outcome but still a juicy potential £333.30 profit on a £10 free bet with no downside.

Another weekend, another free spread bet awarded. Only £5 this time though.

This time I've gone for Inter Milan not to win in 90 mins tonight (so either a Man City win or a draw) and 2 or more goals in 90 minutes, which I've bought @ 75. The make-up, if both elements are correct, is 100. So, again, a potential nice little profit (for a free bet).

I'm using my free bets on the match too.
Every scenario has City to win and 2 goals or more.

Got £30 in free bets to spend on Bet365 before it expires but I'm really struggling with the website, it doesn't help it being so different to my long time bet site at skybet which I find very user friendly. I prefer the odds and much bigger max payouts at 365 but I'm having trouble placing the kind of bets I like which are mainly football and rugby accas.

It wont seem to let me do anything but singles, as soon as I tick a result box on one it stops there and forces me to place a single bet on it. It's driving me nuts, if anyone knows how to use this site then please lemme know, ta.

Not quite sure what the problem is. Never had any trouble myself.

If you go to "soccer" in the left hand index, it will bring up all the various competitions. Click on the one you want. Go to the match you want. Click on whatever you want to bet on (things like corners, bookings, etc are across the top}. Your bet slip will come up with your selection. But you don't have to stop there.

If you want to go to another match in the same division use the drop-down menu next to the match heading. If you want to go to another league go back to competitions and start over again. Click on you selection. Your bet slip will come up showing "Double" (you can see the selections in your double by clicking on "show selections" in the top right hand corner of the bet slip). But, again, you don't have to stop there.

Continue as before for a treble, fourfold, etc.

Yes thanks, I found out the problem was me thinking the betting box would vanish after each bet so I could see the whole list of games, but it just stays there in the middle and you have to scroll up and down to view the other games above and below it. Now I know.

You used to be able to minimise it but, like all these websites, they keep changing the layout to keep someone in a job. And to confuse the punters.

Bollocks, just put £10 on 5 singles I thought was a 5 fold on horsies. Can't get it back. I've only this year started punting on the GGs after being enticed in by Skybet's ITV 7. 365 does a similar thing but I obviously haven't worked out how to do an acca on theirs yet. Had some luck for a change at skybet last week with an eachway 7 fold so now I'm trying it at better odds on 365 but have yet to work out how to do it. Maybe a beer will help in front of the cricket...

The Sporting Index website and app were closed yesterday for a scheduled "major upgrade". On re-appearing this morning it appears that they have merged with Spreadex and all their markets and prices are now identical. Not a word from either company to their clients. So apparently only one option for placing spread bets now.

Thought I'd do a little five fold acca on the internationals tonight for fun
put £1.26 on Slovakia, Luxemburg, Portugal, Spain and a draw between Norway and Scotland
Returned £13.60
Which was nice

It looks like you are making the most of your free bet, this is a well thought out combination. Even though it's a smaller share this time around, the potential profit is still attractive. I'll take that into consideration, so thanks for the mini guide

Of course trying to get on eight months after the event may prove a problem.

I understand, but the idea is cool, I think it will be useful for me in the future

Very easy to go silly though. I've got disiplined enough to walk out when I've won.

No. Just the numbers I've always bet on.

but I like to cover the bets. So I put it on spilts mainly 2/5 the best one is the 17 combos.

14/17
20/17
16/17
18/17

gives you more chance of winning something each spin and then when 17 comes up.! :)

I deeply respect individuals who engage in poker or any other games of chance that require a lot of strategic thinking, knowledge, and calculation. However, I've never ventured into that realm myself.

I think he was talkimng about Roullette

Perhaps you are right, which once again proves my experience in this field.
