So? He hoodwinked many people, so why penalise the King? "Humour" from the gutter.
Bob Moran is a tricky customer. He's a fervent - some would say deranged - antivaxxer, who was sacked from the Telegraph when he urged people to attack NHS doctors for vaccinating the populace. Hence the crown made of syringes. He's very much put there on his own. The cartoon is beautifully drawn, though.

Yes, a gruesome cartoon, not to my tastes or views at all, and nothing remotely new, witty, incisive or clever about it, but it's just satire in that same vein as Gillray, Cruikshank et al.
Having said that, we do condemn stand-ups who deliver poor jokes about contentious subjects, so maybe we should hold this in the same standard? All very subjective though.
